1、CSTR反应器抗扰动能力的稳态模拟与动态模拟研究摘要:本文以环氧丙烷水合法制1,2-丙二醇为例,对CSTR反应器抗扰动能力的稳态模拟和动态模拟进行了对比研宂,分析了进料温度扰动对CSTR反应器转化率的影响。研宂结果表明:当反应器在进料温度7^297.15K的条件下稳定操作时,若进料温度受到扰动升高时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果一致,转化率变化较小;当进料温度受到扰动降温幅度<4.00K时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果一致,转化率的变化也较小:当进料温度受到扰动降温幅度彡4.00K但仍高于反应器的熄火温度时,稳态模拟结果S示反应器仍处于较高转化率的操作状态,转化率变化较小,但动态模拟结果表
2、明反应器已从高转化率的操作状态跌落至低转化率的操作状态,此时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果不符;当进料温度受到扰动降至熄火温度以卜时,稳态模拟与动态模拟的结果一致,反应器均从高转化率操作状态跌落至低转化率操作状态。通过对比可知,动态模拟比稳态模拟更能真实地反映CSTR反应器的抗扰动能力。文献标识码:A关键词:CSTR;抗扰动能力:稳态模拟;动态模拟中图分类号:TQ018ABSTRACT:Takingthehydrationofpropaneoxide(PO)toproduce1,2-propyleneglycolasacasestudy,acomparisonbetweensteady

5、tudeoffeedstocktemperaturereductionwaslessthan4.00K.Moreover,whentheamplitudeoftemperaturereductionwasmorethanorequalto4.00K,butthefeedstocktemperaturewasstillhigherthantheextinctiontemperatureofCSTR,theresultofsteady-statesimulationindicatedthattherewasaslightreductionfortheconversionofPO,whi
6、letheresultofdynamicsimulationdemonstratedthattheoperatingstateofCSTRwoulddroptotheoperatingstatewithlowerconversionofPO.Therefore,theresultofsteady-statesimulationwasinconsistentwiththatofdynamicsimulation.Furthermore,whenthefeedstocktemperaturewasreducedtolessthantheextinctiontemperatureofCS
