1、毗柔比星膀胱灌注化疗饮水时机的探讨黄英向军莲刘玲四川省德阳市人民医院四川德阳618000【摘要】目的：探讨毗柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注化疗饮水的最佳时机。方法：选取膀胱肿瘤患者70例，随机分为观察组组和对照组，每组各35例。2组患者均在术后首次常规行THP30mg加生理盐水50mL膀胱灌注，对照组按传统方法在灌注前4小时禁水，灌注前排空膀胱，药物在膀胱内保留30min排除后再大量饮水。观察组在灌注前4小时禁水，灌注前排空膀胱，灌注后立即饮水200ml,药物在膀胱内保留30min排出后继续大量饮水。比较两组膀胱灌注
2、化疗后局部并发症及2年复发率。结果：观察组膀胱灌注化疗药物后尿道刺激症状明显减少、差别有统计学意义(P<O.05＞。随访2年，对照组随访33例，复发4例；观察组随访34例，复发5例，经比较，差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论：THP膀胱灌注选择最佳的饮水时机能减轻化疗药物对尿道粘膜的刺激，且不影响化疗效果。【关键词】膀胱灌注；毗柔比星；尿道刺激；饮水时机【中图分类号】R737.14【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1764-8999(2015)7-0508-02Pirarubicinintravesical
