1、shengFAK、CD44v6与大肠癌浸润转移的相关性研宄陈少逸杨少华刘兴木文军黄海花(汕头大学医学院第二附属医院普外科广东汕头515041)【摘要】目的探讨FAK和CD44V6在大肠癌浸润转移中的作用。方法免疫组织化学SABC法原位观察正常大肠粘膜、癌旁及癌组织中FAK和CD44V6蛋白的表达，分析两蛋白表达的相关性。结果FAK在低分化、Duck’sC+D期及有淋巴结转移的大肠癌中的阳性表达率显著高于高中分化、Duck’sA+B期及无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05或P<0.01).其表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小及是否侵犯浆膜层无关(P〉0.05>。CD44V6蛋白

2、在有浆膜层侵犯、Duck’sC+D期及有淋巴结转移的大肠搞中的阳性表达率显著高于无浆膜层侵犯、Duck’sA+B期及无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。其表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及分化无关(P〉0.05｝。FAK及CD44v6蛋白在正常组及癌前病变组中的表达均显著低于大肠癌组。Speraman相关分析示，大肠癌组织中FAK和CD44V6的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.283,p=0.002)。结论FAK和CD44V6与大肠癌的发生、进展及浸润转移密切相关，联合检测两者在大肠癌中的表达可能有助于患者预后的判断。【关键词】大肠癌黏着斑激酶CD44V6转移粘
