1、•490.临床研究•论著•人工全髋关节置换术隐性失血量的估算及原因分析高玉镭，王东辰，李佩佳，田敏，罗永忠［摘要］H的探讨人T全髋关节罝换术(totalhipandtotalkneearthroplasty,THA)险性失血的发生机制及邡危险因索作用关系。方法从笔茗所在医院2008-03〜2010-01收治忠齐中抽収80例中.侧THA，通过Gross方程计算出隐性失血1。记录不同年龄(270周岁)，旮无内科疾病(商血版病、糖尿病、冠心病)，性别，不同疾病之fnj,肥胖(>BMI30kg/m2)等情况下THA闹手术期隐性失血量，分析讨论闹手术期隐件失血的发生机制和危险冈尜。结采闹手术
