1、探讨综合护理干预在胃肠术后置管患者中的应用观五大连池市龙镇中心卫生院164135摘要：目的：研宄并探讨综合护理干预措施在胃肠术后置管患者护理中的护理效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院胃肠外科2014年1月至2014年12月期间接收进行胃肠手术治疗且术后置管的100例患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据护理方式的不同随机均分为对照组与观察组。对照组50例患者在胃肠术后实施常规置管护理，观察组50例患者在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预。观察对比两组患者护理效果，主要对比项目为患者非计划性拔管发生率以及

2、患者护理满意度。结果：观察组患者非计划性拔管发生率为2.0%,对照组患者非计划性拔管发生率为10.0%,观察组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度(92.0%)明显低于对照组(72.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o综合护理干预在胃肠术后置管患者护理中运用效果明显。结论：胃肠术后置管患者临床护理中，在常规护理方式的基础上实施综合护理干预措施，能够有效保证患者术后康复期间半.命质量，降低非计划性拔管发生率，提高患者护理满意度，具有临床推广应用的价值。
