1、儿童哮喘缓解期中药敷贴治疗选穴的对比研究【摘要】目的对比专家拟定穴位组与古书所载穴位组贴药对哮喘缓解期的治疗效果，为中药敷贴疗法合理选穴提供依据。方法将80例儿童哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为专家拟定穴位组(简称观察组)和古书所载穴位组(简称对照组)各40例，观察两组疗效和治疗后主症、次症的改善情况。结果治疗1个疗程，随访6个月期间内，观察组和对照组的患儿哮喘发作次数、发作时喘息程度、平时感冒次数、鼻塞流涕程度，以及出汗、神疲懒言、形瘦纳差、面色少华等均有明显改善(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为77.5%，明显优于对照组的57

2、.5%(P<0.05);观察组主要症状的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)，但两组的次要症状的改善无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论专家拟定穴位组防治儿童哮喘疗效优于古书所载穴位组，值得推广应用。【关键词】哮喘/预防和控制;中药外敷;外治法;穴位疗法;儿童　　【Abstract】ObjectiveToprovidetheoreticalbasisofselectingacupointinHerbalPlastertherapy，comparingthetreatmenteffectofacupuncturepoint
