1、山东科技大学本科毕业论文【摘要】消费信贷在发达国家历史悠久，是联系生产制造业、商品零售业、银行保险业和证券业的桥梁。发达国家历史经验表明，消费信贷可以直接促进提高人民生活水平，同时带动国民经济增长。我国现代消费信贷从20世纪80年代开始，90年代末进入高速增长期，发展势头良好，但我国消费信贷市场及个人信用体系也存在一些不容忽视的问题，亟待解决。我国尚未建立完善的个人信用体系，相关法律法规不完善，缺乏商业化运作的信用中介机构及有效的授信评估方法，以保证商业银行等贷款人在向借款人提供消费信贷服务时做出正确的
