1、“一带一路”背景下西安市医院公示语英译现状调查［摘要］目的调查“一带一路”背景下西安市医院公示语的英译现状，针对问题提出相应的建议，旨在改善西安市医院人文环境。方法参照《公共场所双语标识英文译法》对收集的6所三甲医院的403例公示语样本进行问题归类与分析。结果西安市医院公示语英译在词汇、语法和语用等方面存在的诸多问题，其中，翻译不合规范占31.43%，语法错误占3.81%,语用失误占14.29%，无英文对照占38.1%，制作失误占3.81%。结论相关部门必须加强公示语规范化的监督与管理。此外，译者要以受众为中心，除了精通医学专业术语的

7、示、指示、提示、显示、警示、标示与其生活、生产、生命、生态、生业休戚相关的文字及图形信息［1］。作为城市对外宣传的名片，公示语是国际化都市、国际旅游目的地语言环境和人文环境的重要组成部分，对公示语的任何歧义、误解、滥用都会导致不良的国际影响［2］。医院是特殊的公共场所之一，越来越多的医院管理者认识到文化建设已逐步成为现代医院管理的重要战略手段［3］,因此，医院可以使用一些双语公示语来提升自身的文化力。双语公示语的使用尤为重要，不仅能起到与外籍患者的信息交流作用，又能树立医院的国际形象。此外，标识系统作为一种媒介载体，能够更生动更直观地
