4、劳动力涌向经济发达的沿海地区和城市。他们的辛勤工作为我国经济的发展提供了重要的支持。在加快推进小康建设的进程中，“三农”问题是全部工作的重中之重，而转移农村劳动力则是解决“三农”问题的治本之策。然而，近年来在农村剩余劳动力转移的过程中，农民工合法权益被肆意侵犯的事件屡见报端，农民工权益状况可见一斑。本文着重探讨农村剩余劳动力转移过程中农民工的就业权益存在的现状与问题，并追根溯源研究其深层次的原因，最后，对维护农村剩余劳动力转移过程中农民工劳动权益提出了一些政策建议。关键词：农村剩余劳动力劳动权益维护beconsist
