1、基于人事代理的高校用人制度改革设计05级人力一班徐广丽05050226【摘要】人事代理是进一步促进人才合理流动,实现人事工作社会化的一种新的人事管理模式。人事代理工作以人才市场为基本前提,以委托授权为基础,以人事服务为重要内容。高校实施人事代理制度有利于节约人力资本,有利于推进人员聘用制,有利于建立内部人才竞争机制,有利于推进人力资源的整体性开发。本文本着公平正义的原则,从建立基于人事代理理论的高校用人制度改革愿景,建立适应人事代理制度的人力资源配置体系,建立适应人事代理制度的绩效考评体系,建立适应人事代理制度的薪酬体系,彻底变革现有人事代理
