1、哈尔滨学院本科毕业论文摘要社区体育已经成为体育工作的重要组成部分，在增强人民体质，推动全民健身活动的开展等方面发挥着积极的作用，我国社体育在发展过程中存在缺乏指导者和组织管理者，体育设施不足，管理成本较高，法制建设欠缺等问题。因此，应加强社会体育指导员培训与管理，鼓励和提倡学校体育设施在非教学时间向社会开放，建立社区体育设施、政策性融资机制，增强效益观念，推进社区体育社会化、产业化进程。本文分析了社区体育发展趋势和社区体育在群众体育中的发展对策，今后在社区建设中的地位将明显提高、各地社区体育发展水平不均衡
