1、浅析碳关税及征收碳关税的不合理性和非公平性摘要近些年来，随着经济全球一体化和贸易全球一体化进程的不断推进，全球自由贸易程度不断提高，使得贸易保护主义越来越不得人心。与此同时，全球变暖，温室效应的不断加剧使世界强烈认识到环境保护日益重要。然而，一些国家以环境却保护位为由，打着“绿色”的幌子，在进口贸易中征收所谓的“碳关税”，变相的实行贸易保护主义。诚如中国商务部新闻发言人姚坚所述，“碳关税”是一种变相的贸易保护主义，是违反了世贸组织基本原则和违背了发达国家所应尽义务、责任的承诺，“碳关税”是“以环境保护为名，行贸易保护之实”。对此，我国政府应该积极应对，加强同发展中国
