4、iallyallowthecliniciantodatetheevent,tosuggesttheinfarct-relatedartery,andtoestimatetheamountofmyocardiumatrisk.ElectrocardiographicDetectionofMyocardialInfarctionCoronaryarterydominance,sizeanddistributionofarterialsegments,collateralvessels,andlocation
5、,extent,andseverityofcoronarystenosescanalsoimpactECGmanifestationsofmyocardialischemia.ElectrocardiographicDetectionofMyocardialInfarctionTheECGbyitselfisofteninsufficienttodiagnoseacutemyocardialischemiaorinfarctionsinceSTdeviationmaybeobservedinotherc
