2、有效的度量不平等的程度？又应当采取哪些措施来防范这种不平等的继续扩张呢？本文的目的在于学习和研究国内外现有针对城镇劳动力就业不平等研究结果，对现有研究观点及方法给以介绍及论述。并进一步建立有关衡量就业平等的指标体系从而以宏观的视角来把握不平等的变化趋势，同时，在对以往文献的研究中，我们发现中国的就业不平等具有一定的地域性，由此本文选取了几个具有代表性的省份，分别进行比较研究，以综合指数法来比较各省市之间的不平等。这使得文章能够更加全面的体现我国城镇就业的特点与不平等的程度，并基于对劳动力市场就业平等性的指数的研究，提出相关的意见和建议，一定程度的化解不平等性的继续加剧。
