2、改制时代仍需要进一步探索深化改革,加快发展的步伐。从本质上来看是新制度的变迁，这种改革具有经济学的动因和本质，从新制度经济学的逻辑和理论框架看改革的核心是产权制度的变革。本文以北京市出版业为例，首先引入新制度经济学来解释出版业转企改制的假设、动因；然后厘清了改革后我国出版业体制改革的发展脉络；接下来在第三部分阐述了从新制度经济学看出版单位转企改制的动因和本质；在第四部分分析了当前出版业体制改革的制约因素和存在的问题；最后提出我国出版业体制改革的若干建议和对策。关键词新制度经济；转企改制；制度安排-1-河北经贸大学毕业论文AbstractChina'spublishi
