3、sandSingapore.ASIA-BackgroundItistheworld’slargestandmostpopulouscontinent.Fourbillionpeoplewhichrepresents60%oftheWorld’scurrenthumanpopulation.ForcountriessuchasBangladesh,Nepal,andPakistan,theinformalsectorrepresents70percentofthetotalemployment(ILO,2003).Hugerangeofdifferentcultures,
4、incomelevel,environments,historicaltiesandgovernmentsystems.ASIA-BackgroundJapanandSouthKoreacontinuetodominateintheareaofmultinationalcorporations,butincreasinglymainlandChina,andIndiaaremakingsignificantinroads.KEYISSUEManycompaniesfromEurope,NorthAmerica,SouthKoreaandJapanhaveoperatio
