1、峡江枢纽库区水生生物调查及水质评价-农学论文峡江枢纽库区水生生物调查及水质评价姚毅臣1,张洁2,夏美龙1,陈兴2,胡志坚1,计勇2(1.江西省峡江水利枢纽工程管理局,南昌330046;2.南昌工程学院水利与生态工程学院,南昌330099)摘要:对峡江水利枢纽施工期间库区7个监测断面的水生生物及水质进行了研究。结果表明,库区水体中浮游动物共4大类27种,以轮虫类为优势种,占总数的40.74%;浮游植物8门50种,硅藻以占种数的60.00%和占种数22.00%的绿藻位居生物量的前两位;底栖动物在枯水期与丰水期时空分布变化明显,临近坝址段的水体底栖动物密度与生物量较大,同时由于水流在
2、调查范围内变化较大,而水流过急以及卵石为主的底质,导致个别调查点未检测出底栖动物;对水质样本采样内梅罗指数计算分析,在将水污染指标按用途分三大类的条件下,监测点基本处于污染水平。其中ST5的内梅罗综合污染指数等于2.14,呈最高水质污染水平。关键词:浮游动物;浮游植物;底栖动物;水质分析;内梅罗指数中图分类号:X824文献标识码:A文章编号:0439-8114(2015)18-4451-04DOI:10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2015.18.016SurveyonAquaticOrganismsinXiajiangReservoirandWate
