1、低强度微波对γ射线辐射的防护作用及其可能机制吴兴宇苏州大学放射医学与公共卫生学院苏州215123【摘要】目的研究低强度微波对受照射小鼠的辐射防护作用及其可能机制。方法96只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为对照组、微波照射组(120μW/cm2,900MHz,SAR=0.4W/Kg,简称微波组)、γ射线照射组(5Gy,简称电离组)及微波与γ射线复合照射组(120μW/cm2+5Gy,简称复合组)。微波组与复合组小鼠先接受功率密度为120μW/cm2的微波照射,1h/d,持续14d,第15d给予电离组和复合组5.0Gy6
2、0Co-γ射线一次性全身照射。于照射后3d、6d、9d及12d处死动物,固定胸骨及脾脏,作病理观察,流式细胞仪检测受照射小鼠的脾细胞凋亡率,同时测定血清中抗氧化酶和脂质过氧化物水平。结果骨髓病理切片显示,单独γ射线与复合照射均可导致骨髓组织经历典型的凋亡坏死、空虚、再生修复和恢复4个阶段的病理改变,但复合组的病变轻于电离组,恢复也更快;脾损伤病变过程与骨髓造血组织基本相似,复合组病变轻于电离组;流式细胞仪结果显示,照后第6d、第9d复合组脾细胞凋亡率显著低于电离组;氧化损伤检测表明复合组血清SOD水平较电

7、ResultsBonemarrowwasobviouslyinjuredeitherbyradiationormicrowaveexposure,characterizedbyundergoingfour-phaselesions,namelyapoptosis-necrosis,void,regenerationandrecoveryphase.Comparedtoγ-raygroup,thepathologicalchangesincombinedgroupwereslighterandthereco
8、verywasquicker.Thepathologicalinjuriesofspleenweresimilarlytothatofbonemarrow.Injuriesinthecombinedgroupwereslighterthanγ-raygroup.Itisalsoshowedthatapoptosisrateofspleniccellsincombinedgroupwassignificantlyloweratt
