1、超声监测羊水过多及临床研究【摘要】目的：探讨超声监测羊水过多及妊娠结局的关系。方法：对在整个孕期不少于四次超声检查的超声诊断羊水过多者1155例作为研究对象，通过测量羊水最大深度和羊水指数及监测羊水变化情况，把羊水过多分为①暂时性或一过性羊水过多，②永久性或持续性羊水过多，③跳跃性或复发性羊水过多，④晚妊性或临产性羊水过多四种情况，以便了解其与妊娠结局的关系。结果：一过性羊水过多者406例，未发现胎儿发育异常病例，妊娠结局良好。跳跃性羊水过多者18例，2例胎儿肾积水。晚妊性羊水过多者673例，5例胎儿发育异常，即肾积水4例、胎儿腹腔积液1例。持续性羊水过多者5

2、8例，1例小脑延水池扩张、2例侧脑室扩张、1例肛门闭锁。结论产前超声检查观察羊水情况直观、明确、方便、可重复性强，能为临床提供可靠的诊断依据，便于临床医师对羊水过多孕妇的系统化管理，从而加强产前产时胎儿的监护，以减少、避免因羊水过多导致的不良妊娠结局。【关键词】羊水过多；羊水最大深度；羊水指数；饮水疗法Ultrasoundmonitormghydramniosandclinicalanalysis9XuWeidongHuXiaodan【Abstract】Purpose：Toexploretherelatsonshipofmonitoringhydramnios
