3、ty-ninthwillbeabolishedonthesameday.DirectorTwoAugust25th,eightExaminationrulesforqualificationexaminationofpatentagentsThefirstsectionoftheexaminationregistrationThefirstentryinthenationalpatentagentqualificationexaminationstaffshouldchooseoneofthewaytoparticipateintheexaminationofthetest,on-sitere

4、gistration,mailregistrationoronlineregistration,withintheprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyundertheBureauofintellectualpropertycentercitywheretheprescribedtime(hereinafterreferredtoasthelocalintellectualPropertyBureauregistration).Thesecondapplicantsshallsubmitthefollowingmaterials

5、andpaytherelevantfees:(1)registrationformandphotos;(two)photocopiesofvalididentificationdocuments;(three)copyofacademiccertificate;(four)originalworkcertificate.Siteregistration,atthetimeofregistrationshallproducevalididentitydocumentsandoriginalcertificatesandacceptinspection;mailregistrationoronli

6、neregistrationshall,withinthestipulatedtimevalididentitycertificateandacademiccertificatetotheIntellectualPropertyOfficeoftheexaminationsiteacceptanceinspection.RegistrationpersonnelcandownloadtheregistrationformfromtheStateIntellectualPropertyOfficewebsite.Thirdintellectualpropertybureausateachtest

7、siteshallpromptlysubmittheregistrationformandtherelevantinformationdatatothepatentagentAssessmentCommitteeOffice(hereinafterreferredtoastheofficeoftheassessmentcommittee).Thefourthtextualresearchismad
