2、accepted30May2009Abstract:ThemechanicalandchemicalpropertiesofCF8Mwerestudiedthroughexperiments.AnapplicationofCF8Minvalvebodywasanalyzedbyusingfiniteelementmethod(FEM)toevaluatethestructuralsafety.Anoptimizationcontainingseveralvariablesbasedontheresponsesurfacemethod(RSM)wasconduc

5、eperfectshut-offevenafteryearsofdisuse.Inthepast,itwasdifficulttoinvestigatedetailsoftheflowinsideaballvalve,becauseitwasnottransparent.Thisdifficultyalsoblockedthecomprehensionandimprovementofballvalves.Alongwiththedevelopmentofcomputertechnique,thevisualizationsofflowpatternand10S
