2、ract:ThemechanicalandchemicalpropertiesofCF8Mwerestudiedthroughexperiments.AnapplicationofCF8Minvalvebodywasanalyzedbyusingfiniteelementmethod(FEM)toevaluatethestructuralsafety.Anoptimizationcontainingseveralvariablesbasedontheresponsesurfacemethod(RSM)wasconductedtofindtheoptim

4、ngahandleattachedtoaballinsidethevalve.Theballhasaholeorportthroughthemiddle,sothatwhentheportisinlinewithbothendsofthevalve,theflowwilloccur.Whenthevalveisclosed,theholeisperpendiculartotheendsofthevalve,andtheflowisblocked.Theballvalvesaredurableandusuallyworktoachieveperfects

5、hut-offevenafteryearsofdisuse.Inthepast,itwasdifficulttoinvestigatedetailsoftheflowinsideaballvalve,becauseitwasnottransparent.Thisdifficultyalsoblockedthecomprehensionandimprovementofballvalves.Alongwiththedevelopmentofcomputertechnique,thevisualizationsofflowpatternandfluid-st
