6、故;2、消灭责任机械设备重大事故;3、消灭海上船只交通肇事事故4、漏电分级保护率100%;5、特种作业人员培训执证率100%;6、运输船只不发生违章现象;7、消灭船只火灾、爆炸、责任机械设备事故;套箱及承台施工方法及注意事项施工方法三、套箱及承台施工方法及注意事项本工程承台围堰采取混凝土有底套箱结构,混凝土套箱底部预留桩孔,孔洞具体位置根据灌注桩护筒实测位置确定。与混凝土承台浇筑成一体,混凝土套箱上部安装临时钢套箱围堰,承台混凝土浇筑完成后拆除。混凝土套箱拟采用航务二公司制取的混凝土套箱围堰,并由其负责安装。混凝土套箱在中交一航局航务
7、二公司的显浪预制场预制,采用起重船装船出运。现场采取起重船安装。承台套箱围堰混凝土围堰的上部为我部按业主制发的图纸自制的临时钢套箱围堰。大型定型钢模板由钢构件加工厂施焊成型,在自航驳上焊接拼装完成,整体吊装。混凝土套箱下放至设计标高位置利用吊架临时悬挂在钢护筒上并利用反压牛腿等设施临时固2园林人www.yuanliner.com定,套箱底部与灌注桩钢护筒之间采取充气胶囊止水。利用低潮时间抽干水进行永久固定,体系转换完成后安装上部钢套箱围堰。套箱内水抽干后进行承台钢筋混凝土施工,混凝土采取拌和船浇筑,完成后拆除钢套箱围堰。3.1施工总体
8、组织根据本工程特点,为确保按期完工,加工12套承台临时上部钢围堰模板进行同时施工。每个施工作业面互不交叉,互不干扰,独立施工。从本合同段起点K19+130(青岛侧)处往黄岛方向施工。项目经理部下设工程部、质检部、试验室、
