1、新世纪中非关系现状、特点及其趋势探析摘要中国与非洲有着悠久的友好交往历史。新中国成立以来,中非关系一直是我国对外政策的重要基石之一,在我国外交战略中占有重要的地位。进入新世纪以来,随着非洲国家政治经济形势不断发展变化,尤其是在能源和“反恐”方面重要性不断提升,西方大国开始重新审视这片冷战后曾被“遗弃的大陆”,非洲的国际地位明显的增强。中国要走和平崛起道路,并要在21世纪头20年实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,为此,创造一个良好的国际环境十分必要。发挥外交的功能作用,大力发展非洲国家的关系,对我国实现上述战略目标具有十分重要得意义。进入新世纪,随着第一届中非合作论坛的召开,中

2、非关系开启了新的时代。双方在维护传统友谊的基础上,正在继续深化彼此的友好合作关系。本文从政治、经济、文化等方面对中非关系在新世纪的发展,作了一个较为全面的阐析。通过对新世纪中非关系现状的分析,概括中非合作的特点、存在的问题及其未来的发展前景。本文认为,进入新世纪,中非都面临一个关键的战略机遇期,在经济和政治上都有着共同任务和广泛的合作空间,只要双方共同努力,本着互利合作共赢的原则,那么,中非关系在21世纪将会取得更大发展。关键词:中非关系;现状;特点;前景IAbstractThefriendshipbetweenChinaandAfricahasalonghistory.S
