2、料、方法、环境合理配置为目标，从而使企业更好的应对市场竞争。精益生产作为当今世界先进的生产管理思想，其对企业创造经济效益，完善现场管理，提升市场竞争力有着重要的意义，因此，基于精益生产的现场改善研究是十分必要的。本文基于精益生产的相关理论，运用5S管理、作业测定与分析、看板管理等方法，使各功能之间联系起来，提出了符合X公司生产特点的精益生产体系方案，对该类公司今后的现场改善研究及实际应用具有一定的参照意义。关键词：精益生产；生产管理；现场改善 62沈阳理工大学应用技术学院毕业设计论文AbstractLeanproductionisanadvanced
