2、------摘要：随着信息化时代的到来，传统建筑业也跟随着时代的步伐，进入信息化是必然的趋势。BIM技术的出现，是建筑业进入信息化的重要标志之一。西方许多发达国家对于BIM的应用与研究都比较成熟了，然而对于我国来说，我们引进BIM的时间较短，研究不够深入，所以对于BIM的应用较为粗浅，效率也不高。本论文主要针对基于BIM技术的建设工程全生命周期项目管理进行研究，对于BIM在建设项目的前期策划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和运营维护阶段的应用分别进行阐述。并且简要分析了我国全面引进BIM存在的障碍，提供了相应的解决方案。通过对国内外相关知

3、识的研究，对建设工程各个阶段中BIM的作用的详细论述，得到了BIM对于建设工程全生命周期项目管理具有重大意义的结论。BIM为建设工程全生命周期项目管理带来了新的契机，从根本上解决项目规划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及运营维护各阶段之间的信息割裂、项目管理效率低和管理工具手段落后等问题，实现工程信息全生命期管理。关键字：BIM、全寿命周期、建设工程7941FulllifecycleprojectmanagementofconstructionprojectsbasedonBIMtechnologyAbstract:Withtheadv
