1、[摘要]《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)在总则中明确指出:“教师应成为幼儿学习活动的支持者、合作者、引导者。关注幼儿在活动中的表现和反应,敏感地察觉他们的需要,及时以适当的方式应答,形成合作探究式的师生互动。”作为贯穿于幼儿一日生活中最核心的人际互动,师幼互动构成了幼儿园教育的重要组成部分,是一种宝贵的教育资源,对幼儿的身心发展具有多重意义。对幼儿园师幼互动行为进行深入、系统的探究,不仅可以全面揭示其师幼互动的特点与普遍规律,丰富教育学和心理学的有关理论,而且可以为深化幼教改革特别是促进
2、幼儿园和谐师幼互动的建构提供参考和依据,从而促进幼儿全面、健康的发展。本研究在借鉴国内外师幼互动研究成果的基础上,通过采用实地观察、访谈、文献分析等方法,选取曲靖市几所比较有代表性的幼儿园并对其师幼互动现状进行了调查与分析,发现其中所存在的问题,联系当前全球发达国家和地区师幼互动的经验,结合当地实际提出一些建设性的策略,以期进一步促进曲靖市幼儿园师幼互动良好而和谐的发展,最终为其它地区幼儿园师幼互动提供可行性参考。[关键词]:幼儿园;师幼互动;对策Abstract:"IntheGuidelinesforK
