4、firstmadeknowntoWesternscienceinthe19thcentury,byFatherArmandDavid,aFrenchmissionaryworkinginChina.Atthetime,theonlysurvivingherdwasinapreservebelongingtotheChineseemperor.ThelastherdofMiludeersthatremainedinChinawereeatenbyWesternandJapanesetroopsthatwerepresentatthetimeoftheBo
