4、toContractVoluntarilyApartyisentitledtoenterintoacontractvoluntarilyunderthelaw,andnoentityorindividualmayunlawfullyinterferewithsuchright.Article5FairnessThepartiesshallabidebytheprincipleoffairnessinprescribingtheirrespectiverightsandobligations.Article6GoodFaithThepartiesshallabidebythe

5、principleofgoodfaithinexercisingtheirrightsandperformingtheirobligations.Article7LegalityInconcludingorperformingacontract,thepartiesshallabidebytherelevantlawsandadministrativeregulations,aswellasobservesocialethics,andmaynotdisruptsocialandeconomicorderorharmthepublicinterests.53Article8
