3、5月31日，移动、联通、电信三大运营商均在官方网站挂出招募公告，宣布启动移动通信转售业务试点。工信部和基础运营商们的公告均表明，中国电信市场很快就会有虚拟运营商进驻。三大运营商的市场垄断经营格局将被打破，传统电信市场将逐渐向移动互联市场转变。因此对虚拟运营商的业务运作模式进行研究就显得特别必要。本文通过分析虚拟运营商产生的原因，环境，对虚拟运营商按照不同的标准进行分类，同时对虚拟电信的运营模式也进行分类研究，以透彻的了解虚拟电信运营商的业务运作模式，了解虚拟运营商在运营过程中会遇到的风险并有针对性的对此提出建议。关键词：虚拟电信虚拟电信运营商运营模
