1、我国农村信用社发展现状研究-以柯城农村信用社为例摘要柯城农村信用社目前已改革为柯城农村商业银行，成为衢州市的金融巨头，信用社的改革必然会为三农做出更多的贡献，推动农村的经济发展，改革以后信用社的明天将会越来越美好。农村信用社随着信用社改革对于农村的发展起着越来越重要的作用，从目前来看，我国农村信用社无论从增资扩股完成票据发行还是法人治理结构、经营机制都在不断进步，但是，也存在着一些具体的问题，本文希望通过对柯城农村信用社改革的具体分析，对我国农村信用社现状及存在的问题进行分析，并在此基础上提出对策和建议，不仅对柯城农村信用社有现实的指导意义，对于其它类似的农村信用社的改革和发展也能起
2、到相应的借鉴作用。本文通过柯城农村信用社改革以来的经营策略分析，包括宏观环境和策观环境的研究，分析了我国农村信用社的改革方式及改革后的成果，并对我国农村信用社改革提出建议我意见，包括加快合作金融立法进程，建立农村信用社健康发展的保障机制和尽快落实对农村信用社的扶持政策。关键词：农村信用社 柯城信用社 改革5.1-9,,services,andmakethecitymoreattractive,strengtheningpublictransportinvestment,establishedasthebackboneoftheurbanrailtransitmulti-level,m
