7、设备为主的生产方式转变。社会上对掌握数控技术的人才需求越来越大,在我们学院数控设备的更新的速度也越来越快。有关数控加工工艺要在一些典型零件的加工中体现出来,本设计说明书是针对这些情况而编写说明书的。本设计说明书面是根据我们数控专业学生所需掌握的知识及技术要求编写的,它突出了数控加工的特点,零件在加工过程中的工艺性特点。巩固和扩展自己所学的基本理论和专业知识,综合运用所学知识培养自己的理论分析和解决实际问题的能力;培养勇于探索的创新精神和实践能力;培养正确的设计和研究思想、理论联系实际、严肃认真的科学态度和

8、严谨求实的工作作风;进一步训练和提高课题方案设计、资料查阅、计算机使用、文字表达等方面的能力和技巧。通过自己所学知识与实际设计相结合,制定加工工艺、编制程序、自己动手执行工艺过程并加工出合格的零件。这不仅对三年学习的《数控编程》、《UG》、《CAXA制造工程师》、《数控加工工艺》、《机械制图》等多门学科理论知识的巩固,还将理论知识运用在了实际加工当中,使理论与实践有机的结合在一起。整个设计的顺利完成,多谢老师和同学的帮助,在此
