1、大庆石油学院本科生毕业设计（论文）摘要开放式基金以其市场选择性强、流动性好、透明度高以及便于投资等优势，正逐渐成为投资基金的主流形式，是全球基金业的发展趋势。我国开放式基金的发展尚处于起步阶段，我国的基金业要进一步壮大规模、规范发展，需要不断对目前开放式基金经营运作中存在的问题进行研究，探索解决的途径和方法。本文从开放式基金的起源和概念入手，介绍了开放式基金的分类及特点，并且对开放式基金与封闭式基金进行了比较，结合目前我国开放式基金的发展现状，深入分析了我国开放式基金在运作中存在的基金监管机制不健全、管理人才缺乏、基金同质化现象严重和缺少有效的避
