2、tectingtheregionalpositionandachieveXIII江苏大学学年论文浅析环境问题与绿色壁垒对我国外贸的影响【摘要】随着世界经济贸易一体化的发展，国际上用关税及传统非关税措施来限制发展中国家商品进口的余地已经很小，而环境问题却涉及到经济全球化过程中国与国关系的协调。由于某些国家为了保护环境采取的措施中往往利用贸易手段，所以环境也不可避免的影响着国际贸易，人们形象的把这种影响称之为绿色壁垒。绿色贸易壁垒做为一种新兴的贸易保护措施，正发挥着越来越大的作用。我国在对外贸易中也屡遭绿色壁垒的侵害，如何应对绿色壁垒，促进出口贸易，是我国贸易发展过程
