1、2012届毕业设计说明书毕业设计说明书神华宁夏信息化解决方案研究6学生姓名：学号：计算机信息管理学院：专业：指导教师：2012年6月2012届毕业设计说明书神华宁夏信息化解决方案研究摘要一个企业能否创造并保持核心竞争力,事关其生存和发展。企业核心竞争力是一个系统的概念,它是企业长期经营过程中所积累的知识、技术、文化、机制和能力等等的有机集合体。企业核心竞争力系统的功能作用包括两方面的内容,一是企业获得各种资源或技能并将其转化成企业技能或产品的能力;二是企业组织调动各种要素进行生产经营,使企业各个环节处于协调、统一和高效运转的能力。从第一方面内容看,
2、核心竞争力包括整合力、创新力和转化力;从第二方面内容看,核心竞争力还包括决策力、反应力和协调运作力。煤炭企业核心竞争力存在于企业的内部,同时,又受外部环境的影响和制约。资源变量、机制和文化、企业的核心能力及产品和企业面临的发展环境因素共同构成了煤炭企业核心竞争能力各要素。神华宁煤集团关键的核心能力有了,但基础核心能力不强,竞争力相对较差,效率提升能力的后劲不足。因此,神华宁煤集团核心能力提升的重点是自主创新,从根本上转变经营理念,优化管理模式和运行机制,加快能源的转化速度。本文共由四部分组成。第一部分回顾了企业核心竞争力的内涵与特征。第二部分分析了
