1、维普资讯http://www.cqvip.com营养学报2008年第3O卷第4期维生素A缺乏对肠粘膜细胞因子免疫应答的影响袁亚杰,杨毅,王卫平(复旦大学附属儿科医院,上海,200032)【摘要】目的研究维生素A缺乏(vitaminAdeficiency,VAD)对大鼠肠粘膜细胞因子免疫应答的影响,探讨VAD降低粘膜免疫力的机制。方法在建立VAD大鼠模型的基础上,给予鼠伤寒沙门氏菌灌胃诱导肠道感染。取新鲜回肠组织,采用ELISA和RT—PCR法,从蛋白和基因水平测定IFN—Y、IL.2、IL一4、IL一6、IL.1O和IL一12的变化。结果VAD大鼠肠粘膜主要由树突状细胞产生的细
2、胞因子IL一12的表达显著增高,[蛋白(1gng/gmucosaltissue)VA正常组4.07±0.15,VAD4.41±O.02,基因0gcopies/50ngtotalRNA)VA正常组4.99±O.18,vAD5.53±O.15,伴有肠道感染时IL一12的产生进一步升高,蛋白和基因两者分别为:4.59±0.15和5.78±O.26】;Th1细胞因子:IFN—Y降低两者分别为蛋白:vA正常组3.15±O.34,VAD2.67±O.15;基因:vA正常组3.15±O.34,VAD2.67±0.15,和VA正常组5.36±O.26,vAD5.19±0.27,均(P<0.01
