1、毕业论文学生姓名:谭玲学号:20090588学院:材料科学与工程学院专业年级:2009级化学工程与工艺一班题目:竹炭的表面改性及其对铅离子的吸附与再生指导教师:蒋新元 教授 评阅教师: 2013年05月摘要本课题主要通过竹炭对pb2+的吸附分析,以及对竹炭和竹活性炭进行氧化改性,考察了浓硝酸氧化法和Fenton催化氧化法对改性炭吸附重金属离子的影响,同时选择适合的条件制备改性活性炭,并对其进行解吸研究,确定再生改性炭的吸附能力及解吸剂对重金属离子的富集作用。通过实验数据分析,得出以下结论:用不同颗粒竹炭对硝酸铅溶液
2、进行吸附可得,随着颗粒的减小吸附量增大。对于改性竹炭,用浓硝酸氧化法的效果更好,在实验条件下用浓硝酸对竹炭进行改性的最佳氧化温度为75℃,最佳氧化时间为75min。在实验条件下用浓硝酸对活性炭进行改性,其最佳氧化温度为75℃,最佳氧化时间为25min。在活性炭的解吸实验中,经过反复吸附与解吸,吸附能力反而增加,原因有以下两种可能:其一活性炭在吸附铅离子的同时也吸附了柠檬酸盐分子,柠檬酸盐分子对铅离子有一定的络合能力,造成活性炭的吸附能力逐级上升;其二活性炭经过多次吸附与解吸后,活性炭的孔隙可能更通畅,导致吸附量增多。关键字
