2、发挥其职责范围内的客观冷静的监督和评判作用，避免成为司法工作的负担，成为目前司法领域内亟待解决的问题。本文将以司法独立为研究中心，整体论述司法独立与新闻自由的基本内涵，较为真实地展现其关系现状，并通过分析和借鉴国外新闻自由与司法独立的关系发展实践，简要探讨我国国情下如何正确发挥新闻自由和舆论监督的作用，为保证司法独立，确保法制社会的稳定和发展提供理论力量的支持。关键词：司法独立新闻自由法治民主矛盾冲突良性互动AbstractInmoderncivilization,anindependentjudiciaryandfreedomofthepressis
