1、现浇箱梁预应力钢筋张拉方式影响分析(1.长安大学桥梁与隧道陕西省重点实验室,陕西西安710064;2.华北水利水电学院土木与交通学院,郑州450011;)摘要:为研究预应力钢筋张拉方式对主梁变形、应力和有效预应力的影响,确保桥梁在施工过程的安全及成桥状态下受力合理,以从莞高速东莞段某匝道桥第1联——3×20m现浇混凝土箱梁为工程背景,采用MIDAS/CIVIL空间有限元分析软件,考虑匝道桥的平弯、纵坡、混凝土的收缩徐变、强度形成过程及预应力钢筋的五项损失等,在不改变预应力线形和张拉控制应力情况下,对逐跨单端张拉(方案1)、
2、先单跨后两跨单端张拉(方案2)和三跨两端张拉(方案3)三种张拉方式进行了施工过程模拟分析,并对施工阶段主梁应力、成桥阶段主梁应力、变形、预应力钢筋有效预应力进行分析比较。结果表明:在施工阶段,方案1、方案2在距桥台侧梁端46.71m处主梁顶面出现了大于混凝土设计值的拉应力;在成桥阶段,方案1主梁变形值最大,方案3主梁变形值最小,但在距桥台侧梁端31.71m处主梁顶面存在最大值为0.17MPa的拉应力;张拉方式直接影响有效预应力值的大小及分布情况,与方案1相比,方案2、方案3在中跨跨中附近处的有效预应力较小,设计验算时应给予
