1、武汉科技大学本科毕业设计本科毕业设计题目:盒形零件冲压工艺与模具设计学院:材料与冶金学院专业:材料成型及控制工程学号:201002131115学生姓名:冉奥阳指导教师:熊九郎日期:武汉科技大学本科毕业设计摘要近年来,盒形零件的使用范围越来越广泛,与之相应的冲模设计也显得尤为重要。盒形零件冲压成形过程中坯料所受应力和变形沿周边不均匀分布,这给盒形零件的冲模设计技术提出了新的要求。本文首先对冲压的发展应用、工艺特点、成形原理等进行了综述。然后对该盒形件展开工艺性分析,制定冲压工艺方案,计算毛坯尺寸和相关工艺力。重点在于根据盒形零件的结构特点设计冲模各零件结构尺寸,绘制各零件图和模具总
2、装图。该盒形零件材料为08钢,强度、硬度很低,而韧性和塑性极高,适合于制造拉深件。其直壁高度不大,可一次拉深成形,但与圆筒形拉深和冲孔部位距离较近。为了提高冲压成形设备的寿命,便于模具设备的维护,保证零件质量,本文采用正装式落料拉深复合模、圆筒形拉深模和倒装式冲孔模三套模具联合加工该盒形零件,并针对可能出现的成形缺陷提出改进措施。盒形零件成形过程中坯料流动情况的复杂性决定了盒形零件试模过程的重要性。在盒形零件的实际生产中,可根据试模结果调整凸、凹模的圆角半径、间隙大小和压边力,从而消除制件缺陷。关键词:冲压工艺;盒形零件;拉深;模具设计IV武汉科技大学本科毕业设计Abstract

5、hebox-shapedpartstructure,drawnpartsdiagramandmoldassemblydiagram.Thebox-shapedpartsmakeof08steel.Ithaslowstrength,andhardness,hightoughnessandductility,itissuitablefordeepdrawingpartsmanufacturing.Itsstraightwallisnottoohigh,andcanbecompletedbyadeepdrawing,butthecylindricaldrawingpartscloset
