2、识经济时代，新的经济市场将必然要求我们大力发展知识经济，加强对知识资产的管理，调整经济结构，开发无形经济、管理无形资产、规范完善对无形经济的管理;同时要提高企业财务人员的素质，明确财务流程再造的核心,实施财务再造策略，强化财务的造血机制,增强企业的抗风险能力，如此财务信息才能满足不同人群的需求，如此财务管理方能真正跟得上时代快速变革的步伐。经济的一体化和全球化已成为不可阻挡的趋势，企业的活动范围不断扩张,企业的财务管理环境也不再局限于企业所在的一个地区，尤其是信息科学技术的发展,已经使全球的经济活动成为一个整体。网络已经把世界
