6、icle4andarebindingonallpartiestheretounlessotherwiseexpresslyagreedorcontrarytotheprovisionsofanational,stateorlocallawand/orregulationwhichcannotbedepartedfrom.b.Banksshallhavenoobligationtohandleeitheracollectionoranycollectioninstructionorsubsequen
