1、论抽象行政行为与具体行政行为的划分陈丽芳（廊坊师范学院社会发展学院河北廊坊065000）摘要抽象行政行为与具体行政行为的分类是行政法学界对行政行为所作的一种基本分类，也是我国行政诉讼法采取作为确定行政诉讼受案范围的标准，这种分类已为法学界所普遍接受。该文通过阐述抽象行政行为与具体行政行为的基本知识，再对二者分类的标准进行探讨分析，然后指出这一分类在指导司法实践中存在的缺陷以及建议，从而完善我国行政法和行政诉讼法，使政府的行政行为能够更好地受到外部监督，促进政府依法行政，构建我们民主、法制、和谐的社会。关键词：抽象行政行为；具体行政行
