1、维普资讯http://www.cqvip.com罾Pl硼究■牛磺酸功能啤酒抗疲劳作用研究刘辉,关维俊,徐应军,宁鸿珍,周瑞华(华北煤炭医学院营养与食品卫生教研室,唐山063000)摘要:目的:研究牛磺酸功能啤酒对小鼠的抗疲劳效果。方法:小鼠随机分成对照组和高、中、低3个剂量组,剂量分别为10g/L、5g/L、2.5g/L,对照组给予等剂量空白啤酒灌胃,共30d。测定负重游泳时间、肝糖原(LG)、尿素氮(BUN)和血乳酸(LAC)指标。结果:3个剂量组均能显著提高小鼠运动耐力以3LLG的储备量;能显著降低运动后L
