2、tectingtheregionalpositionandachieve19关于中国农村社会保障制度的研究马丽如(廊坊师范学院社会发展学院河北廊坊065000)摘要随着我国经济的发展，农村社会保障问题已成为阻碍我国农村改革和社会稳定的重大问题。完善农村社会保障制度是目前我国急需解决的重要任务。本文中分析了目前我国农村社会保障制度中存在的主要问题，主要表现在：社会保障体系不健全、保障水平低，缺乏稳定的管理、缺乏稳定的资金等等。究其原因在于经济、政治、人口、文化等多方面的因素的制约。除此之外，重点对完善农村社会保障制度的对策进行思考，认为应以完善农村最低生活保障、农村
