8、酰色胺,是色氨酸的衍生物。MLT的合成主要受到光周期的影响,其他因素如交感神经、激素也能影响其合成(Sugden,1989)。动物在持续的光照下,松果体的重量减轻,实质细胞减少,MLT的合成酶系活性明显降低;相反,长期生活在黑暗环境中的动物(如大鼠),松果体合成
