1、某车间设施布局优化改善——以A公司生产车间为例摘要目前，在经济的发展和竞争的全球化这样的趋势下，我国制造企业所面临将面临一场激烈战争。整个生产系统的信息流、物流、生产的能力和效率、生产安全和成本受到了车间设施平面布置很大影响。因此，如果想提高生产系统效益的必须要依赖于优良的设施布置，它可以改善一个系统在生产中的整体功能、他也是先进生产方式和现代化管理的前提条件。文章首先研究了国内外在该行业领域的存在的现状并且进行了分析，阐述了该文章的研究意义、研究背景和研究的主要内容等；紧接着介绍了设施布置设计的内容、目标、定义及布置车间设施的含义、原
