1、内容摘要能源是人类赖以生存繁衍、社会得以繁荣进步的重要物质基础，也是国民经济发展和人民生活水平提高的重要物质基础。浙江省自改革开放以来的20年, 经济发展迅速, 科技与经济实力不断增强，能源消耗量逐年增大，但由于我省本地常规能源十分贫乏，能源自给率不断下降，为了维护浙江省能源安全和实现经济的可持续发展，必须加强可再生能源的发展和研究。本文首先介绍了浙江省能源消费现状，并分析了我省能源短缺的内在原因，基于这些原因及我省可再生能源储量丰富的前提条件下，提出了我省应大力开发利用可再生能源。本文还结合了我省可再生能源发展过程中遇到的问题与不足提出加快开发我省可再生能源的对策和建议。关键词：浙江能
