2、otectingtheregionalpositionandachieveⅡ北京理工大学现代远程（继续）教育学院毕业设计（论文）摘要中小企业一直对我国经济做着巨大的贡献，可以说我国绝大多数的企业都归于中小企业，甚至微小企业的范畴中。而中小企业的发展需要资金的支持，融资难问题这个“大毒瘤”一直阻碍着中小企业的前进。而信用担保行业恰恰解决了这一难题，由于信用担保行业的支持，为企业和贷款机构建立了很好的桥梁，使得企业融资变得更加现实和便利。但是，服务于中小企业的信用担保行业同样面临着种种问题。由于目前国家和政府对中小企业发展的重视，一些担保机构纷纷建立了起来，来协助企业的发展，而关于此行业相应的保障
3、体系还没有建立起来，使得此行业发展缓慢，难以帮助企业发展。此论文以中小企业信用担保行业的问题为中心，分别对担保行业相关法律制度不完善，担保行业呈现了增长速度快、担保机构规模相对较小，承担风险能力低下，相关法律保护效力低等问题加以分析，提出要政府对行业的资金支持，建立专业的法律体系等对策来解决问题。关键词：中小企业,信用,担保5.1-9,,services,andmakethecitymoreattractive,strengtheningpublictransportinvestment,establishedasthebackboneoftheurbanrailtransitmulti-le
