1、2007-2008学年度第二学期高二级英语资料 英语基础写作指导(IV) 如何写信 一、写作指导书信一直是考试的热点。书信种类比较多，常见的有邀请信、感谢信、道歉信、祝贺信、投诉信、求职信、推荐信、亲戚朋友之间的私人信件，等等。写英文书信要掌握以下几点：1．信封的写法注意两点：一是收信人姓名、地址写在右下角，寄信人的姓名、地址写在左上角,二是姓名、地
2、址的顺序是先写姓名，然后是按照从小到大的顺序写地址。2．书信内容的基本要素：(1)信头。包括写信人的地址和写信日期，一般写在信头的中间或右上方。(2)称呼。怎样称呼和亲近程度有关，最为正式的和最不亲近的可称呼为DearSir/Madam,比较熟识的人可只称他的姓，最随便或最亲近的人可呼其名。称呼之后用逗号。(3)正文。正文内容一般说明写信的目的、主要内容和结尾问候语等。(4)结束语。常用的结束语有Sincerelyyours或Yourssincerely，Trulyyours或Yourstruly，Yoursever或Your
